Easy Ice sheets are 4-ply 24-cell dry gel sheets which can be used frozen, cold or hot. each sheet is 25 X 35 cm. Hydration: Required only once to begin with. Immerse the sheet in the Luke/Hot warm water and bundle or scrunch for about 12 minutes; you can do at intervals as per ones convenience. Each cell absorb water and swell to about 2 cm thick.The hydrated sheet weighs about 1.9 lbs/ 30 ounce.
